Seresto Flea & Tick Collar for Large Dogs is a #1 vet-recommended collar that fights against fleas, ticks, and chewing lice for 8 months. This adjustable and comfortable collar kills fleas within only 2 hours. It repels fleas and ticks to prevent future infestations and aids in the control of flea larvae in the surroundings. It also aids in the treatment and control of sarcoptic mange in dogs.

Seresto Collar for Large Dogs works against a number of tick species, including deer ticks, brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, and lone star ticks, and prevents tick-borne diseases caused by them, including Lyme disease, ehrlichiosis, anasplasmosis, bartonellosis, babesiosis, canine hemoplasmosis, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, etc.

Seresto Collar is odorless, non-greasy, and water-resistant, and it remains effective following a shampoo treatment, swimming, or exposure to rain or sunlight.

Seresto Large Dog Collar – 27.5 inches (70 cm)

Seresto Large Dog Flea and Tick Collar has two key ingredients: flumethrin and imidacloprid. It features a unique polymer matrix that ensures both of these ingredients are continuously released in low concentrations. Flumethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that is used externally in veterinary medication against insects and ticks on dogs. Another key component present in the collar is imidacloprid, an insecticide that acts on the nervous system of insects and blocks neuronal pathways. It then prevents acetylcholine from transmitting impulses between nerves, paralyzing the insect and eventually killing it.

The collar comes in 2 sizes

  1. One for puppies below 8kgs of weight.
  2. For dogs above 8kgs of weight.
  • Remove collar from protective pouch immediately when being used.
  • Adjust it around the neck of the dog and make sure there is a space of 2 fingers between the neck and the collar.
  • Cut any excess length.
  • Adjust the dog's loop from time to time especially when puppies are growing.
